Head Coach Carson Glasscock
Coach Carson's desire is to establish a USA, year-round program in Cullman, Alabama.  Growing up swimming for Cullman Swim Team in the summers, his age group career included winning the State AAU title in the boys 15-18 100 yard freestyle and backstroke events.  While earning a BS degree  from the University of Alabama, Carson had the privilege of

Coach Glenn Pilcher
Coach Glenn's vast experience in sports included a ball of some sort until his kids began swimming in 2002.  Always willing to learn more, Glenn has observed, studied and now coaches swimming.  He achieved Levels I, II, and  III ASCA certification in 2007 and maintains his required safety certifications:  Safety Training for Swim Coaches, First Aid , and CPR.

Coach Frank Odell
Coach Frank's love for the sport of swimming in unmatched.  He swam as a youngster in New York, continued his career at Southern Methodist University under Coach Richard Quick, and has been involved in competitive swimming in Cullman since 1996.  His leadership has been instrumental in keeping Cullman swimmers going even when our Park and Rec team was taking a break.  Coach Frank has achieved Level II ASCA certification and maintains his required safety certifications:  Safety Training for Swim Coaches, First Aid , and CPR.  Frank recently completed the requirements to become our first USA swimming Stroke and Turn Official.


Coach Jackie Donaldson
Swimming has been a huge part of Coach Jackie's life since she was 8 years old.  She swam on the Sylacauga swim team for 10 years and worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor with the Sylacauga Parks and Rec department.  She was an assistant swim coach with the Athens Swim Team and East Cullman Swim Team.  She and her husband Stephen have 5 children and have been involved with Cullman Swim Team for 11 years.  Jackie is excited to have the opportunity to coach for CSA and is a key figure in getting the Cullman High School swim team started.

swimming and coaching under Olympic and University Coach Don Gambril.  As a  coach in the UA swim camps Carson established the Masters and Triathlon training camps. An accomplished athlete, Carson also competed internationally as a professional Triathlete and maintained a top 20 ranking throughout his career.  Carson has coached for Cullman Swim Team over the years and is now a certified Level III ASCA coach, and maintains his required safety certifications:  Safety Training for Swim Coaches, First Aid , and CPR.
